Detailed descriptions (i.e.: material and measurements) are posted on the page for all items. Should you have any questions with regard to merchandise, you are encouraged to e-mail us prior to purchase at orders@ashleywatson.net.

We have an exchange-only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

There is a defect with the item you have received.

•You have received the wrong merchandise.

•You have contacted us and we have agreed that an exchange is acceptable. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Watson Jewelry has sent the wrong item or there is a defect.

•**SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.**

If any one of the above instances should occur, please e-mail us within 5 days of receiving your order. Ashley Watson must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at Ashley Watson no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or damaged. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Please include: a copy of your invoice, contact information and a brief description of the reason for the return.
